These Terms and Conditions apply to the 5zz (https://5zz.click) platform and all associated services. 5zz is an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform. These terms have been written in Bengali to ensure Bangladeshi users can understand them with ease.

Account Registration & Eligibility

Each individual may open only one 5zz account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If discovered, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and balances may be forfeited.

  • Each mobile number and email address may only be linked to one account.

Deposit Policy

Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from 5zz, your account must have completed KYC verification. Before your first withdrawal, you will need to verify your identity using your National ID and a selfie. Once verified, all future withdrawals will be processed automatically and quickly.

5zz does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own service charges — this is their policy, not 5zz's. Withdrawal requests submitted after 11:00 PM may begin processing the following morning.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
  • Withdrawals above ৳10,000 are not possible without KYC verification.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • The daily withdrawal limit for KYC-verified members is ৳2,00,000.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on 5zz, it cannot be cancelled — except through the cash-out option for in-play betting. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

If incorrect odds are displayed on 5zz due to a technical error, 5zz reserves the right to void the affected bets. Before placing a large wager on unusual odds, please confirm with Support.

  • Minimum bet: ৳30 for Sports, ৳20 for Casino.
  • The maximum win per bet varies depending on the game.
  • A maximum of 15 events can be added to a parlay/accumulator bet.

Account Suspension & Closure

5zz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned within 3–5 business days, provided no breach of terms has been established.
